Please hand wash in lukewarm water and lay flat to dry. If you need to iron the product, please select the right heat setting, put a piece of clothing and do not press so hard because of the felted fabric.

If your order is lost or damaged, I will refund in case of evidence.

Somehow, if your order returns to me, I will inform you about it. If you respond in max. 10 working days I will resend it to your address. In case of not responding, the item will be listed in my shop again. Refunds are issued after you ship the item back to me.
