This website (“Dixie Site") is provided to you by Dixie Servicing LLC. (“Dixie”), subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), which incorporate the separately posted Privacy Policy. By using the Dixie Site, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you are using the Dixie Site on behalf of your employer, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on your employer's behalf. Further, you acknowledge that you are 13 years of age or older, and, if under the age of 18, are using the Dixie Site under the active supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult. Indemnification

These Terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. Access to or use of the Dixie Site shall not be construed as Dixie’s purposeful availment of the privilege or benefits of doing business in any state or legal jurisdiction other than the State of Utah. This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the law of the State of Utah, without regard to its choice of law principles. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, this Agreement or use of the Dixie Site shall be in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The following are trademarks of Dixie and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by or sponsored by Dixie. Any other trademark that appears on this site is the property of its respective owner that may not be affiliated with or sponsored by Dixie.
