Fee Schedule

If Dixie Servicing is servicing your mortgage loan, the following is a list of mortgage servicing fees and charges, subject to the applicable laws and the content of your mortgage loan documents, which may be imposed in connection with the servicing of your mortgage loan. Please note that the fees listed below only apply it mortgage loan serviced by Resurgent and not necessarily any other type of account. These fees are subject to change.

Prepayment fee Refer to your loan documents to determine if you agreed to a prepayment fee A fee may be required, based on your loan documents, if you prepay the loan
Property inspection $0 to $65.00 Fee charged if we are required to determine the condition of your property
Broker Price Opinion fee $0 to $150.00 Fee charged if we are required to determine the condition and value of your home

Payoff statement fee $0 to $60.00 Fee charged to provide a statement containing a quote of the amount needed to pay off your loan in full
Priority processing fee $0 to $15.00 Fee charged for expedited processing of a requested document
Assumption Fee $0 to $400.00 If an assumption is permitted by the loan documents, a fee will be charged for the preparation and processing of documents to transfer an existing loan to a new owner. This may happen if you transfer your property to a new owner and we agree to let the new owner assume the loan, rather than requiring that it be immediately paid in full.

Modification fee $0 to $1000.00 Fee charged to process, underwrite and draft agreement to modify the terms of the loan

The maximum fee allowed varies according to state law and will not exceed state allowable
limits.

State law dictates the amount of late fees Resurgent can charge. Some states assign a fixed dollar amount, some assign a fixed percentage of the installment payment, and others assign both a fixed amount and a fixed percentage and provide that the fee charged will be whichever amount is lesser (or greater in some instances), depending on the state’s applicable law.

Recording fees vary by county and are usually calculated according to the number of pages to be recorded. Resurgent will follow the fee schedule, adopted by the county, which applies to your loan.
